To book, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Please include the species of animal, area where you are based, and preffered appointment days and times. We aim to respond to all booking enquiries within 72 hours. You will then be sent a form to fill out for you animal. Once this has been retured to us we will send a vet consent form to your animals registered veterinary practise. Please note, veterinary consent is required under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966.

Areas Covered
We cover a 20 mile radius of Fleet, Hampshire with no milage charges. Outside of this radius the following charges will apply:
20-25 miles- £5
25-30 miles- £10
30-35 miles- £15
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations outside of 48 hours of the appointment time will not be charged.
Cancelations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session price.
Cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at the full appointment price.
If your animal has any sort of contagous disease, their appointment will be rescheduled with no added fee.
